At LAUNCH we believe no leader should have to go it alone. That’s why off the back of our annual gatherings we created Communitas – a space for you to find Content, Coaching, and Community that will help you lead with clarity and courage.
Every month we gather online with senior leaders from across the UK and beyond to share wisdom, sharpen one another, and build friendships that fuel the mission.
A Taste of Communitas
On our most recent call yesterday we welcomed Peter Martin (former CEO of Essential Christian and Spring Harvest) from the incredible charity Hope Lebedyn, to unpack “The Untapped Power of Synthesis.”
Peter showed us how vision, strategy, culture, and synergy must align if we want to unlock the full potential of our ministries. This wasn’t just theory – he gave us a practical roadmap that leaders could apply straight away.
Here are a few of the questions that stuck with us:
- Is your vision simple, clear, and motivating?
- Does your team’s culture match the values you want to embody?
- Where could partnerships create more fruit than going it alone?
It was a rich time of learning and sharing – exactly the kind of thing Communitas is all about!
Beyond the Call
Communitas isn’t just about great input. It’s about coaching and conversation too. That’s why we now build in extra time each month for discussion, and why our seasoned Communitas Coaches make themselves available for 1-to-1 sessions.
When leaders walk this journey together, we go further faster, and the fruit multiplies.
